White Costume Cape
please help me with this costume idea.?

the costume is pretty basic. black leggings, white shirt, red cape, knife, and basket with wolfs head, the thing i must buy is the basket with the head, right.
i can get the other stuff on my own. but where can i get the cape? i know i can tear it myself, but i havent found any capes that fall over the head like hers, or are these pretty simple to make? all in all if i go ahead and buy the costume with the head basket its going to be about $60/$70 bucks! plus shipping!!!
please help me and give me ideas as to saving money where i can.

Basket from a thrift shop for a dollar, and a stuffed wolf animal at the toy store for $10 – $15.00. Cut the head off.
As for the hood/cape – it looks like if you would get a large half-circle of red fabric (maybe a 60″ round tablecloth?) and put it over your head and down your back it would fit ok. Get a couple ribbons with pins attached and put them where you want the front to tie around your neck. Sew them on after you find the best location.
