Theatrical Costume Design

theatrical costume design
theater stagehand?

I am very interested in musical theater, but the backstage aspect of it. I love to work with any of the costumes in the wardrobe department – which includes the maintenance of suits, dress the performers before the show and during fast changes. How does one go about this? Do I need to study a specific course – like the costume design? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Go and get a degree in fashion design. This way you can learn to make costumes for stage and things like theater is a very practical business i recommend going for Intership where you can learn more about the industry and how it works, etc. In Singapore, it would either La Salle or NAPFA.
