Safari Tour Guide Costume

How to dress up for a jungle themed dance?
There is a dance this weekend at my school and the theme is “jungle”.
Any ideas for a creative costume? I’d like to be something no one else will be. A lot of people are being safari tour guides and animals.
I’d appreciate any ideas :]
i’m a junior in high school by the way
Castaway on a desert isle – torn clothes, missing one shoe, straggly hair, and similar changes to normal clothing. If you’ve seen Robinson Crusoe, the Swiss Family Robinson, or Gilligan’s Island, you want the look of just after they drag themselves out of the water onto the beach…….Tom Hanks in Castaway is a more recent inspiration.
Leather-look bikini with a piece of sueded fabric in an animal skin color or print cut to use as a hip wrap or tied over one shoulder if you don’t want to show too much of your body.
Tiger, leopard, or cheetah skin prints would work as would a snakeskin – although you’d have quite the “story” if it was 45″ wide and 60″ wide about the HUGE snake that attacked you when you went into the jungle!
Hawaii has jungles – an island theme would work, if no one specified which jungle!
A gardenia or other large flower in your hair over one ear, a spear to carry, and perhaps a rubber knife tied into a belt would work as accessories.
Or a WWII pilot outfit, leather jacket, leather helmet (a bit crooked after the crash), and torn clothes – is there a time frame you’re supposed to be in?
