Peacock Feather Costume
Where can i buy fake or real peacock feathers?
Im making a halloween costume and i need feathers around 30-35 inches long. My parents are only allowing me use of 20 dollars for feathers so im kind of in jam since i need around 50-100 feathers for my tail. any help?
