Quck simple superhero costume ideas, better get ten points?

Hi I am looking for simple ideas for a superhero costume. that you can put the items you probably already fast, simple and cheap, so if you have a superhero character in mind and knows what would have to get together, let me know and I am a girl if that makes a difference, the idea that best suits my needs get ten points! thanks: D by the way, I'm not looking to go for a suit just throw something together and have things i maybe buy one or two things I have, thanks!
