How I can make a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Halloween Costume?
My friends and I want to go as a Ninja Turtle for Halloween and April. What should we bring? If green shirts green leggings and a kind of shell enough? Where do you think I could get that?
See a tapestry or local craft store – buy a piece of 1 inch foam, spray paint (be careful and light layers of paint, if too wet, it will dissolve foam) the colors you want. Cut slits in it, use strips of cloth to make the shoulder straps through the slits. Use spray paint in the old shirt and pants MC – what are ya gonna use them later anyway -? By April most of the clothes that looks like it will work – most people make the connection through the association.
