Halloween costume needed for overweight person…?
Ok, so the corporation I work for is having a big Halloween to do and everyone dresses up.
My problem is, in the past I’ve always dressed up and loved Halloween, but over the past two years, due to depression, I’ve gained 70lbs. I’ve gone from 130 to 200 and obviously all my previous sleek and sexy costumes don’t work anymore!
What can I dress as so I won’t look hideous, but won’t look like a big fat lady either!!??
I’m a 34yo female, 5′ 4″ and pear shaped. And please don’t tell me to dress as a pear! haha.
First, I just wanted to say that a sexy lady is a sexy lady at any size. So keep your confidence up. The weight thing will be resolved when you get the other issues of your life resolved… I would still keep it kind of sexy with a black dress. Adding a lot of shiny jewelry or a scarf would really snazz it up. As for the actual character?…. Maybe something from a kids’ movie. Or you could go with a green face and be Princess Fiona from Shrek. Good message there, by the way…
