I'm having trouble deciding on a costume for Halloween. I have really wanted to wear neon. As I have blue tights bright, Converse, shiny shorts, shirts, sunglasses, gloves. basically everything. except I'm not sure what could be. I want something unique and not have to be … normal. my friend dressed as aerobic dancing with all the neon, so something cool like that. any suggestions? oh, and not as a ball disco. I want to be a person. or the type of person …
