Devil Costume Horns
How I can make my hair look like Lil devil horns?
I can not find any horns at local stores I go to a Halloween party Friday I have everything else for my costume. I have longish hair with a shoulder side Partin How I can do that in "the horns"?
hmmm ….. What about trying to put as much hair as you can in little bunches on top of your head and keep with hairspray, with a cluster HTE get some mousse and put on it so that all the hairs stick together and not flop – as are rigid. and if you really wanted to go to the city and then buy a hair spray accsessories red places like Clark and spray your hair. good luck!
