How I can apply this makeup? The Mad Hatter?!?
I'm trying to make a makeup technique determined by a Halloween costume and need to know how. I have to be able to make the red around the eyes. My friend told me a wedge of sponge would work very well and generic, red makeup, Halloween clown type would also what to use. Is this correct?
