Makeup and hair ideas for a flapper costume?
I am 14 and going to be a 20′s flapper girl for Halloween. I wanted some hair and makeup ideas for my costume. Thanks in advance.
I’m being a flapper for halloween too. Where did you get your dress? I don’t know where do get mine.
So don’t curl your hair, that’s marilyn monroe. Flappers had short bob haircuts (it made a statement in society back then) It can have a slight curl if you want but not as much as that pic below. Wear lots of makeup. Darker eyeshadow, lots of mascara, and lots of blush. Also wear eyeliner with a kick going off the side.
Also just so you know a cigarette holder was big and fishnet tights too. Have fun and hope this helps!
