Is this Japanese game show still on?
It starts off with a stadium full of people and whoever is wrong is eliminated from the show. Each week about half of the contestants are eliminated and often the end up in mud or suffer somehow if they get the answer wrong. Whoever goes onto the next stage gets to go on fancy trips until there are just two people left and whoever gets ten answers right wins the grand prize.
When I saw this they were at the semi-final and whenever someone got an answer wrong, they had to put a brick into the costume they were wearing. The last two people standing went to NYC and were being taken around in a ferry boat. They wore Uncle Sam Hats and when they buzzed in, a lightbulb came out of their hat. I think the English name was King of Quiz, but I want to know the Japanese name.
