How to make Halloween costumes in Harry Potter costume?
I have several old Halloween costumes (multiple "Scream" characters and such) and would like to fashion costumes Harry Potter in a school project next play. My plan to cut the top of the robe and wear a tie corresponding to the color house, as they do in the movies. What else I can do to make this generic mantle of light in a costume appropriate? (I would like Sewing avoid if possible: P)
