Costume Bird Feet
How should I build a bird costume?
I need to create bird wings and bird feet and I’m fresh out of Ideas and I’m running out of time…

Do the wings have to open or can they lay flat like they do in the picture? If they lay flat, buy some feathers from your local arts & crafts store and stitch or glue them to fabric in the right shape for the wings. If they have to open, I’d but some of the wire mesh used for sculpting (also available at arts & crafts stores), cut it to the proper shape for the wings, cover each wing in a very light fabric, then stitch or glue the feathers to the cloth.
For feet, I’d probably use pipe cleaners (chenille stems) or floral tape as the base, then wrap electrical tape around the wires/stems to create a “foot”.
